Streamlining American Manufacturing Strategy Act

This bill changes how often the strategic plan for the federal Manufacturing USA Program must be updated. Under current law, the plan must be updated at least once every 3 years. The bill would instead require an update at least once every 4 years, timed so the planning cycle lines up with updates to the National Strategy for Advanced Manufacturing. It also makes related wording changes so existing rules for the plan apply to these updates.
