CAT Act

This bill would require the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, within one year of the law taking effect, to require every public housing agency to post information about each of its contracts on the agency's website. The posted information would include the material details of the contract, such as the goods and services provided, and the vendor. Agencies would also have to post the date the contract was solicited, the bids and quotes solicited, and the official who solicited the contract.
